Cathay Pacific has become the latest airline to introduce a mobile service that allows its passengers to check-in from remote locations.The Hong Kong-based airline has introduced the Mobile Check-in service, which will enable customers to select their preferred seats and will send users a barcode that can later be used at self check-in kiosks at participating airports.This innovative mobile technology, along with the carrier’s existing online booking service, could improve travellers’ airport experiences by reducing check-in and immigration queues.
