Loganair has announced the introduction of a service from Cardiff Airport to Aberdeen Airport from April 19 2009.The Scottish airline will begin operating daily flights to the city later this year, in what will be the industry’s first ever scheduled flights between the two destinations.In addition, the route will offer Welsh passengers the opportunity of connecting to other remote Scottish locations, such as the Shetland Islands.David Harrison, Loganair chief executive, explained that the route has been set up to meet strong consumer demand.
